ABOUT THE AUTHOR
T.A. McEvoy was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, and has called Anderson, South Carolina, home for the past 12 years. A passionate storyteller since high school, she rediscovered her love for writing later in life and has since launched herself into the world of epic fantasy. Her debut novel, The Wicked Phoenix, marked the beginning of The Elves of Vacari series, which is now complete. She is currently working on the second book in her Dragons of Vacari series — continuing to expand a world filled with dragons, ancient magic, and emotionally driven character arcs.
Theresa also holds an associate degree in Paralegal Studies and worked for over five years in a Texas law firm before moving to South Carolina to become a full-time caregiver for her mother. Outside of writing, she enjoys painting, playing immersive video games, and exploring the creative intersections between visual storytelling and fantasy literature.
