When the Forest Stood Against the Storm
Among the many conflicts that have shaped the history of Vacari, few battles embody the ideals of the Noble Dragons more completely than the defense of the Emberwoods.
What began as an assault upon an ancient forest soon became something far greater—a struggle between destruction and preservation, vengeance and sacrifice, conquest and hope.
When the fallen Ancient Topaz Dragon Zarathos marched against the Emberwoods with his brood, he sought more than victory.
He sought to break the spirit of one of Vacari's oldest sanctuaries.
Standing against him was Raelithar, the Ancient Copper Dragon and steadfast guardian of the Emberwoods, who refused to abandon the home entrusted to his care.
Ancient power erupts across the skies of Vacari as Talleoss faces Vuarus in one of the most devastating confrontations of the Dragon Wars.
What was supposed to be a simple battle chronicle somehow became Vuarus's latest attempt to overthrow not only Vacari, but the editing process itself. Apparently the corrupted dark god decided the ending of the story was merely a "suggestion" and repeatedly attempted to rewrite his fate. Unfortunately for him, Talleoss—and the narration—disagreed.
🌩️ Silver storms collide with corruption, fury, and destruction as two ancient powers clash across the heavens.
