• Frostveil Bloom – A delicate blue flower that grows beneath ice-crusted stone. When steeped, it calms nerves and numbs pain. Used in winter survival brews and deep meditation.

• Shiverthorn – A jagged white herb with needle-like leaves. Contact with skin causes numbness and stiffness. Sometimes used in frost-forging rituals or cruel punishment tinctures.
